We make our products to be worn and enjoyed over a long period of time. However, we are also aware that things do not always turn out to be the way they are supposed to. The process is simple and straightforward in case of returns.

When you can request a return

In case you are to return an order, do so within 7 days after delivery. To qualify, the product must be:

  • Virgin and original condition
  • All tags and packaging are in place
  • No signs of wear, damage, and alterations

We are very particular in packing and delivering any order, however in case you receive an order which is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, then do call us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please share your order number to us along with some clear images of the product and we will be glad to help you with the replacement.

Refunds

After we receive your returned product and check it, we will be in a position to give you back your money. Refunds will be made back to your initial mode of payment.

The refunds are typically performed within 7 to 10 business days. This may however take some time according to your bank or payment service provider.

Shipping charges

We will cover the cost of your return shipping in the case that your return is justified by a damaged, faulty, or inaccurate product.

In alternative circumstances, there may be a charge of return shipping. It is necessary to mention that your original shipping costs are not refundable.

Certain products will not be refundable such as:

  • Worn out products or those that are used
  • Products sent back to the retailer lacking packaging or labels
  • Customized or personalized products
